I stayed at The Park New Delhi during April 2024. Let's delve into the cons first. Upon arrival into the room, I found it to be cramped with excessive, poorly planned and rather old furnishing that in need of proper maintenance. The room had plenty of unnecessary items but not a mini fridge, excessive use of glass, hideous blue curtains and sort of blue lighting giving it a poor look. The bathroom is hardly a glass cubicle, with a very low ceiling. As I have commented before, a half-glass partition for the shower area, does exactly half the job. Shockingly, I found out that both the towels provided in my bathroom had disgusting yellow stains. I chose to use the hand towels instead of asking for fresh towels since I wasn't sure if the new ones would be properly clean or not. The in-room dining menu is certainly over-price for the taste and quantity. At first, they sent the wrong dish to my room. Coming to the pros. The property is centrally located near Connaught Place, hence offers excellent connectivity across NCR. The staff is courteous and very helpful. During the check-out, I mistakenly left my bag at the reception itself and realised it an hour later. When I called the hotel to inform them of the same, they promptly found my bag and gave me a call back confirming that has been found and informed me that I could come back at my convenience to collect it. Fortunately, my return flight was in the evening so I had ample time. I am very thankful to the staff for their assistance. The breakfast spread was excellent and had multiple options. The food was quite good over there. The room and the bathroom were well-supplied with a snack tray, coffee tray and nice toiletries. Overall, I had an average experience. I would recommend them to go for a renovation of the property.

I The had a nice experience at the Park Hotel New Delhi. The staff were very helpful, friendly and respectful. The front desk staff, and f&b staff others, whose names I can't remember, were very helpful. The rooms definitely need an upgrade but overall, it was a good experience. Read less New Delhi

I would give negative review, if allowed. This is totally a run down property. And such a wasted opportunity. The location is prime. The staff does not even understand the concept of customer service. None of the staff smiles. We reached late and were supposed to pay in cash for a reservation made through Expedia. Me and my wife asked for 5 mins to come back from the room and pay for our 3 nights stay . Even that basic privacy was denied . The entire reception area was being shouted around. They sent a security guard to collect cash from us. And all this when they always had our credit card on file as a back up. The manager did call to apologize later. Staff does not even have a concept of customer service or making guests comfortable . We asked for extra water bottles and they could not accommodate that and we had to call 3 different ext no before we could get extra water in our room. I believe, The property recently lost a star also, though I could be wrong. The staff in restaurant has denim dress ? The whole thing is very weird . And they have like a million visitors at all times . Did not feel safe at all. Will not return. When leaving - after 3 day stay - The front manager came to us apologize and insisted on Airport drop off. That was the only thing positive I can write about. Note - this property is at best 2 or 3 stars . It is not 4 stars as advertised
